I don’t understand this. I have a mix breed curly dog. My groomer requires you to book every 6 weeks for a year at a time. You aren’t allowed to skip or you get dropped.

I deeply wish the animal neglect/abuse laws were more targeted, updated, and specific. Because they came in, it shows an attempt to care for their animal, thus, it is not prosecutable.
