I have had severe hormonal acne for over ten years and the ONLY thing that helps is a DIM supplement. Nordic Naturals Fish Oil pills also helped, but not as much as the DIM. I have a good skincare routine and now have glass skin but the minute I stop taking the DIM the acne comes back.

can confirm as i'm genetically inclined for hormonal acne and have taken these supplements separately that they indeed don't work. at best they help with hormonal a little bit

I got a test done and was told DIM would solve almost all of my hormonal issues, maybe this isn’t the best dim supplement but it is SUPER beneficial for hormonal issues including acne! No lie!
