I’ve also heard that the large banks have “leased” silver which drives the price down because it’s not actually physical silver they are holding but looks like it. Once this gets removed the true price of silver will skyrocket. Some say as high as gold or even much higher. Time will tell.

very good advice, sell anything you don't need and buy physical silver, in time you won't be able to buy silver. we are 5 years into a 200 million ounce a year deficit. we mine 800 million ounces and we use 1 billion. very very very good advice to buy physical silver.
