M7 once said that by appointing Dr. Specioza Kazibwe as VP, I shoot two birds with one stone. one: the Basoga will love him for appointing their own, and second, Women emancipation enthusiasts like Matembe, Kadaga, and women allover will applaud him for considering women in higher gov't positions. He also appointed Gen. Jeje Odongo as Army commander (puppet who cudnt even move through lowest ranking commanding officer, a platoon commander). M7's every move is a political chess move. His appeal to morality, Bible, african socialism, his proverbs, his eating habits, his dtess codes, even his jokes ... are all more than just ordinary choices 😂😂👌 I have studied power, but M7 needs like a whole library solely dedicated to his power tactics and strategy.
