I get both sides when the cop seems terrible or the civilian looks like a Ahole you will never know the full story I think some cops 100% abuse the power but this is why good cops go bad

No they don’t work for citizens in sense that any citizen can give them orders and they must follow them! If citizen told them to shoot someone, would they say, yes sir, your the boss sir!
