Please folks remember this,he said he doesn't carry a bank card because he doesn't have to as he's a police 'OFFICER' he's not,they are not 'OFFICERS' they are police constables.I've been informed,that police constables must have their caps/hats on when addressing the public too.Police officers are a fictional character in the 'legalese corporate contracting' bullshit game.Always ask them if they're under their oath,have they sworn their oath,ask their name & number & which police station they're working out of.If you can see their warrant card even better,as that puts them under their oath.Acting suspiciously isn't against the law or a crime.He is abusing his power,commonly called bullying,alarming & distressing innocent people,just going around not breaking the law.There's no such thing as private or secret in a PUBLIC PLACE.That's the LAW.
