Place cheddar cheese on top. Scoop the rest of the mashed potatoes onto the baking dish and spread it evenly again. Pour the other half of the sauce over it and spread it out. Add some lettuce, followed by the ground beef and pickle slices. Top it off with cheddar cheese. Place the Big Mac potato casserole in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Sprinkle some lettuce on the Big Mac potato casserole before serving. Tips: Add salt and pepper according to your own taste. Serve with a fresh salad on the side.
