i finally found an adopter for the abused stray cat i've been feeding for two years. she’s pregnant and has suffered so much that even footsteps scared her, but over time she learned to trust me. really trust me. greeting me with a wagging tail and so much love. i couldn’t keep her because i don’t own the place i live in and it’s where her abusers are. my heart broke every time she came back at night, weak, hungry and hurt. while waiting for the rescue, i took her in temporarily, let her rest and fed her well. at first, she hated being in the cage, but i gave her my clothes for comfort. that’s when she finally calmed down. she slept so peacefully, probably for the first time in her life. saying goodbye shattered me. i cried the whole night, thinking how confused she must be with the sudden change, probably searching in her heart for just two things: safety and me. i hope she doesn’t feel lost without me. i only pray she is finally safe, loved and given the life she always deserved. the life I couldn’t give.

that's why we ended up with more than 20 cats at home kasi we can't let go of our rescues 🥺 We just spayed and neutered them but somehow, they kept growing and we aint complaining 🥺💛

Yung iyak ako nung pinaadopt ko yung tilapya ko, days later nagulat ako nanganak yung isa naming pusa sa isang bahay namin, buntis pala kala namin mataba lang and guess what, dalwang tilapya yung anak, ehh tuxedo yung mama nila. God really see our tears.
