I miss that kind of plum 😭 It used to be my least favorite tree in my grandma’s garden, but now that I can’t find them in NL, I miss them so much. And those really sour apples for apple cakes — the most sour you can buy here is Granny Smith, and it just doesn’t hit the right note.

Next time before you add the plum to the dough add the sugar and cinnamon inside te plum,makes a huge difference
