I have epilepsy and when you come out of a seizure you’re disoriented but if she’s in the disoriented state she wouldn’t be able to have this much interaction/awareness. Obviously something else

If she did have a seizure her mom should have done a basic test to see if she was ok.. Asking her name, birthday and such.. sometimes seizures cause damage.. cops wouldnt know to do that even though they should

I don't know about the effects of seizures well enough to comment on that. Just one question, if a seizure was even questioned as a result of an accident, wouldn't paramedics be called before the cop tried pulling her from the vehicle?
