Hmmmmm OP has been paying for everything for a while now since BF couldn’t work. Went completely through all of her savings and is in credit card debt. Her car is being held together by hopes and prayers. And only asked for $4000 out of $90000. Meanwhile BF gets a brand new car while still making payments on the first car and only gives his gf who has been providing for him for months a fourth of what he promised

OP needs to run. She is just this guy's stepping stone and he has stepped ALL over her. This is not a partnership at all. The fact his parents took care of her car and he seemed to take credit for it(backing out of giving her money as is HE got it fixed and not his parents)is simply embarrassing and very telling that he is definitely going to not just be selfish but he is going to be further financially abusive than he already has been. His parents are definitely embarrassed. That's the only logical reason they got her car fixed bc they know what she's done for their deadbeat son.

When my partner came into a waaaay smaller inheritance than that, I didn't even have to ask, he paid off my credit card debt for me no questions. I would do, and have done the same for him when he couldn't cover something he needed. When you're a couple, you support each other. You're in it together, and at the end of the day it benefits you both in the long run, and while she isn't entitled to his inheritance, the fact he didn't even consider keeping his word and return the help speaks volumes about where she stands.

This relationship should be over. He should of offered way more.
