The most disappointing horror movies for me are the ones that rely too much on jump scares rather than creating genuine tension or a compelling story. The Strangers left me wanting more, and Saw became too focused on gore over substance.

I turned that Scream off after about 20 minutes. Terrible. Yet to see Weapons, not to fussed with the new Conjuring film tbh. Thought the last one was boring.

clown in a cornfield had the potential in the story but the execution was cringe. disagree with scream 6 though, the killers were boring but the New York location was decent (tbf I’ve never seen scream as scary anyway?)
