@bakedbynech: These plums come straight from my in-laws’ backyard 🍑 They have three or four trees, and each one is loaded with the most beautiful purple plums. Honestly, they are some of the best plums I have ever tasted. I thought it would be really cool to try making croissant dough with these plums. No fillings, no jams, just 100% pure fruit 🍇 This is my very first time using only fruit, so I have no idea how it will turn out. But I imagine the flavor will be deeper and the look more exotic ✨ There is absolutely no guarantee on the results, but if the croissants come out good enough, I will be selling them Friday through Monday this week.
