Omgggg the same exact thing happened to me !!!! I literally just finished sending them my u boxing video & pictures. Horrible quality & sooo expensive 💔 they need to reimburse you !!! With the disgusting amount of money they’re making, they need to do a LOT better

Oh no I’m not picky at all and usually I’m cool with small oddities on my stuff it makes them unique but that stitching would bother me ! Like all the effort they put into the presentation and packaging !! Why not do the same for the product! I have never seen a mistake on a pop mart box but I would say almost half of what I get I can find an imperfection on

Wow! Mine should be here next week and I’ll definitely inspect it carefully. I’ve had a few issues with my smaller Labubu’s too, the quality is definitely lacking
