Tips for short girls plateauing? I lost 50lbs, gained it back and I’m starting over. I’ve lost a bit over 10lbs in 3 months (too slow for me) but every time I adjust my calories, I plateau in 2 weeks. I started at 1800/ then 1600/ I’m at 1400cal now and haven’t seen any weight difference in 2 weeks. I don’t want to keep decreasing my cals, I’m already hungry all the time 😔 I have around 120g protein a day, I do cardio 3/4 days a week, burn around 200cal each time. Please help 🥺🙏🏽

Satisfaction factor was SUCH a game changer for me. Started watching your videos about 2 months ago.. now down 15 lbs and it feels sustainable. 4’11 so it’s been such a struggle my whole life- didn’t realize how much perfection is the enemy. But it finally doesn’t feel like such an uphill battle anymore. Food noise is basically gone. Finally feel like myself again. Can’t thank you enough!

Solidarity! This is great advice abd end of the day is my struggle too. I always have carrots, tea or a mocktail to try to tide me over or need to just get out of the kitchen..hobbies to keep hands busy💕💪
