Guys! Some vegans or vegetarians are that because of ALLERGIES!!! Or even health issues that can only be managed by a meat free diet. It’s okay if someone wants to make *insert primarily meat based dish* with the meat replaced by a soy or vegetable substitute and still try to mimic the meat aspect of a dish
