I would think the minimum is one of each food item per pax, so that guests don’t have to share the cups or feel left out? 🥲 it’s not a big meal if you consider one cup of veg, one cup of fruit, half a sandwich, and a charcuterie boat per person. It’s not very little, but big eaters won’t be satisfied. Not to mention not everyone gets one of each

this really isn't enough. food people get picky and what if people don't like one item and they want more of the other if there's any one each? you could have at least put a few bowls of crisps etc to help with the nibbles
