not defending her or anything. but I think people tend to forget that Kentucky had a 6 week abortion band. If she was miscarrying and went to the hospital, they wouldn’t have really done anything for her anyways. maybe protect women before they are forced to do this (even if this was her choice)

It is so sad, if the baby was alive, she could give it up at a safe place. If the baby didn’t survive, she should have gone to the hospital, where they could have verified that.

Do people not realize many women who miscarry, do so at home or in store bathrooms and just flush the fetus. And in most hospitals if you miscarry before 20 weeks the fetus is considered medical waste and also put in the medical waste bin which is a trash can for medical waste not to mention it’s becoming illegal to miscarry and if you go to a hospital they could involve law enforcement and also they don’t do anything for you. Think about the women bleeding in parking lots bc hospitals are scared to intervene are we forgetting this???
