As someone who pays for an anglers license and follows the regulations set by the department of fish and wildlife, I see this as an absolute win. Far too often do I see groups of people blatantly trying to keep everything they pull out of the water without even looking to see if it's within regulation. If we stopped holding people like this accountable, there wouldn't be a habitat for these fish. So please, just follow the guidelines.
