replace the pipe with a clear one. Then you can continue with the cinema and view the pond and waste pipe.

if the pipes not on any plans potentially a soak away. expose it and cut a access gap then get the drain camera back to survey it.

Drill a hole in the pipe, get the camera down, get a fernco plug to seal the hole 👍

Connect to the pipe for the toilet your going to add alongside the cinema room to save the walk into the house.
