Thank you for cleaning it with soap. I got caught in a search tab rabbit hole and literally just watched someone do this except clean the dirty fryers with a steel sponge and some WATER.

Jeez, every day at McDonald's, we would be screamed at, because that would be waste of oil. We will filter them and maybe scrub him down a little bit throughout the day, but the oil it doesn't really get changed only once a week
