@satorious_designs: 🔔 🔔 🔔 Cast in Bronze is one of my favorite shows here @Pittsburgh Ren Fest !!! Located in the Enchanted Forest at the Canterbury Stage, I can still hear the bells all the way to my booth in the children’s Relm when he plays. The carillons of Cast in Bronze consist of 35 bells, and have a total weight of four tons each. Cast in Bronze is the only musical act of its kind in the world, and features the only two carillons in history supported by listeners. Baked Cheesy Tomato Dip Creamy Boursin and mascarpone melt into sweet roasted tomatoes for an ultra-rich, cheesy bruschetta dip that’s perfect with toasted bread. Ingredients 1 (5.2 oz) package Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese 8 oz mascarpone cheese 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 cup shredded mozzarella ¼ cup grated Parmesan ¼ cup chopped fresh basil Balsamic glaze, for drizzling Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, basil, salt, and pepper toss to coat. In a baking dish spread the mascarpone and Boursin cheese. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly and top with tomatoes mixture. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes have burst and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden, bubbly top, if desired. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil.
