This needs to apply to Primary Residence only, and should be paired with an increase to taxes on taxes for single family homes that are not primary residence. We need to pressure real estate investors to get rid of their holdings in single family homes.

Jacksonville mayor is already trying to brainwash people on voting against it claiming it’s going to ruin the upkeep of everybody’s roads etc. Even though the sand is has said there’s enough surplus to account for all the lost properties taxes, and she has also the mayor, has added extra taxes on other stuff like garbage etc. and it’s going to increase.

I live on Amelia Island Florida and I pay 7000 a year. Many of my neighbors pay 12 or 13,000 a year.
