Coinbase moved it to 42 individual cold wallets. You can go through XRPSCAN to find them, it takes some time but a number of exchanges appear to be doing the same thing. You have to go into the wallets to find the owners, it’s slow.

the way these platforms work is this, if you have any coin you want them to list you simply have to pay an amount of say 1mill. and give them say 1mill worth of coin. when you trade or buy on there site you are receiving coin from that amount they received as payment.
