I stopped acrylic 6 months ago my nails are much healthier. I do my own nails and when I want a little longer nail I put press-on Nail Reformation or Btartboxnails♥️

You need to change nail tech, they’re putting to much pressure on the drill on ur natural nail. That’s why you have those “dents” which are called rings of fire. And most likely why they feel thin!! (Coming from a nail tech)
