as someone who’s had family w prosthetics, those socks do NOT last long & wear very quickly.. but very much needed so u don’t get pressure sores- which can be hard to heal

Grew up on a fixed income with my amputee dad who had this same experience. His legs would also wear out years before he could qualify for a new one. Sad way to live
