I had no idea what LotR was. I was in the 5th grade when fellowship came out. Friend of mine convinced me to go see it with him and his dad. Eventually seeing all 3 in theaters together. What a magical time to be alive. And what a good friend for introducing me to it haha

Me and my dad used to rewatch this trilogy countless of times, before he passed away, and I'd like to think that whenever rewatched it myself, he's right there with me just like when I was a kid.

By far, my favorite movies and my favorite books. Not gonna lie it kind of made me tear up a little bit because you know, I remember first time I saw it, with friends at a drive-through.
