Ryan Dubs :
Hello friends! The founder of Buster + Punch commented on my Instagram reel (of this same video) explaining that his door handles are made in India - so yes, this door handle is in fact a dupe. However, he had no good explanation for why his brand is violating US and Canadian customs laws by evading the rules (not printing the country of origin on their packaging). Their website and branding makes it seem like their products are all made in the UK, which I believe is deceptive and misleading. I aim to keep you educated and informed on how the interior design industry can be shady.

If he spends a lot on an item, people complain, he spends a little on an item, people still complain. Let this man do what he wants with HIS money.

Can you make a video of how you directly go to the Chinese manufacturer? Do these companies have websites or do you need to contact them through a Chinese contractor? What is the process of creating your items like? Do you share the links to furniture you like? Like your patio furniture or gym?

In my new build I ordered over 40 handles:levers online and found one that was beyond unexpected quality for $30. I opened 7 accounts to buy my door handles in the quantity I needed lol. 50 handles later… did the same for so many little things… I didn’t think to go directly to the manufacturer. It’s possible.

At $15 per doorknob, if you spent a total of $250, that would mean you have 16 doorknobs. Is that true?
