Most HRL are just moneygrab anyway. Did my telehandler licence in a day, but forklift took 2 days only because it’s high risk.

As far as I know you don’t need a high risk ticket to dig to lift and chain for lifting yes it’s crazy but when digging you use a spotter piling what about when the rig lifts a cage to drop in ???
