Un DIY it. That set up is aweful. Tank too small, not nearly enough water, and that is not a heat bulb. No turtle should be in a tank this small

be aware that turtles CANNOT live in this tank forever and this can only be used for babies for a short period of time. general rule of thumb is 10 gallons per every inch of turtle from tail to head. that means with their head out too.
