I just watched and wanted to see what TikTok said but I feel there’s no way Loki didn’t investigate. Earlier in the movie he made a comment to Keller and said “everything matter” referring to evidence or clues. Loki even took a double take when he heard the whistle. Plus the mom in the hospital told Loki that Anna never found her whistle. This is how I see it because I can’t cope with the fact that Keller would never be found after all the work he put into finding Anna.

Guys I did some research and it turns out that Keller Dover DID get found. and they even filmed the scene of him being rescued but the producer confirmed that they just cut the scene from the movie.
