@photogsteve81: The Black 1990s BMW E30 had a conscious driver after the collision, and multiple good samaritans with fire extinguishers while on the West valley Highway. However it wasnt enough and he passed while others tried to help. It was so traumatic for bystanders, that a Chaplin was called to the scene to assist. Witnesses said it was going upwards of 70 mph along with a second vehicle. The blue BMW OR AUDI fled the scene and didn’t even attempt to help the victim. I was originally Kent PD scene, but upon more leg work, it was determined to be Tukwila scene.

This happens because people move next to racetracks and than complain “it’s too loud” and use political people to close the tracks. It’s horrible that it happened however people who had nothing to do with the street race caused it.
