@nourishingapothecary: Replying to @yatessjade hi Jade, I hope this helps answer your question, what does it mean if you start spotting before or after your period. This is a sign of low progesterone and something we can help you with in my clinic Nourishing Apothecary. My clinic is available online via zoom to those in Australia. I’m booked out quite far in advance but that’s why I’ve expanded my team with an amazing group of practitioners, on my team for this I would recommend either Mel or Danielle. I would highly suggest booking a free Discovery call with either of them have a chat and go from there. You can find out more and book through my website www.nourishingapothecary.com ##hormoneimbalance##progesterone##hormonalimbalance
I spot for 4-5 days before I actually start my period. It's so annoying!

I have my period every 21 days and then I spot until the day I ovulate and then I start spotting a week before my period. So it’s like I only get a few days of no spotting. There has been some months where I spot every day in between my periods. I take 200 mg of micronized progesterone, but I haven’t seen a difference. I’ve been spotting like this two years and a normal sonogram.

I have good progesterone levels as well but I start spotting at 9/10dpo then full on 11dpo. I have brought this up to my doc but she says I don’t need any progesterone since my levels are good. She isn’t concerned about the spotting. Is this true? Or should I do something?

I know this is probably rude to ask but is the herbal medicine an additional cost on top of the consultation/appointment fees?

I know endo has hormonal imbalance, along many other symptoms, in this case, is it better to take herbal/supplements to reduce oestrogen and increase progesterone? What are some that can be taken for this?
