so what happens if i have my menstrual for about four days and it stops and it comes back three days later for a day and a half?? This is the second time this happens. I normally have my menstrual for about 7 days.

I have my period every 21 days and then I spot until the day I ovulate and then I start spotting a week before my period. So it’s like I only get a few days of no spotting. There has been some months where I spot every day in between my periods. I take 200 mg of micronized progesterone, but I haven’t seen a difference. I’ve been spotting like this two years and a normal sonogram.

My ovulation was between October 20 and 23. I had very pale pink discharge the saturday night ( Oct. 25 ) and sunday morning, blood and the monday, discharge dark. My periods are only du november 04. Is it normal ?! Also, I am bloated and cramps.

I have good progesterone levels as well but I start spotting at 9/10dpo then full on 11dpo. I have brought this up to my doc but she says I don’t need any progesterone since my levels are good. She isn’t concerned about the spotting. Is this true? Or should I do something?
