Lots of sleeping but also tail wagging If you’re new here, he has a rare re-occurring fungal infection in his sinus that eats away at the bone structure. His symptoms, presentation & scans are so rare that his case is being published When I was told this I actually said “oh well this will be good for the paper that we are back!!More data, evidence & findings. Meaning Osc will potentially be able to help doggies & their treatment teams in the future Unfortunately for Oscar he has been the 1 in 10 whos first round of treatment was unsuccessful. He initially had 3 procedures to remove and directly treat the area. Plus a bonus one to remove a necrotic bone. He is on heavy anti fungal meds & we will repeat the process again in 4 weeks The toughest dog there is and how lucky am I to have him.
