okay lemme tell you all the truth, doctors don't really know the spellings or let's say they don't remember... their brain think faster than their hands can act so they only try to get the beginning and the end of the prescription correctly and a pharmacist understands e.g "Cholocate"... you didn't notice I spelt it wrongly right(checks again) thanks for reading

I work with one doctor in a private hospital she ask me to write reports I did and sent it to her she called me and told me to explain it to her because she can’t read it I told her doc but you want us to read yours and understand ? She told me is a revenge and we all end up laughing 😂 lol 😂

Why pharmacist are able to read doctors handwriting is not because it legible but because they are very familiar with most of these drugs and when they see some combination of some drugs they immediately know what the doctors is trying to write and most times especially in hospital setting the pharmacist has dispense the same type of drugs several times so they immediately know what the doctor is trying to write.

The best doctor in my former hospital had the worse writing ever known to mankind. It was so bad that one day he couldn’t read a medication he prescribed. Had to talk a bit more about the patient before he remembered what med he wrote down. N no the pharmacist had a had time reading his prescriptions …
