Just ask the pharmacist to recommend you meds. the stuff kept behind the counter are more effective than those on the shelves. Doctors will also prescribe the same stuff that a pharmacist can provide if it's just a common cold.

Medications sold otc here are basically useless if u have a viral infection which can only be cured with antibiotics, they made antibiotics a prescription here so clinics dont have to shut down
