Actually, I had this due to nail techs and I did a gelx set on myself, the nail bed healed on its own. Within a month it was back to normal.

I have the same problem with my toe nail, I accidentally dropped something heavy on it years and years ago and since then it always grows back detached from the skin, I tried doing the same as the video but nothing good happened it is always detached
