Regardless of race, age, or whether they shot first. they broke into his home with posted signs. They basically signed their own obituaries

Those kids broke into someone’s home. The parents trying to sue the homeowner shows why the kids were criminals. They obviously knew zero consequences until that day.

So the homeowner was just supposed to sit there and let them break in and possibly kill them. I don’t think so. And how would these parents feel if someone tries to break into their house they would want to do the same.
