Many men lose battles they should win because they can't control themselves. Every impulse doesn't deserve action. Every emotion doesn't deserve a reaction. Every urge doesn't deserve obedience. Mastering yourself is the beginning of mastering your life. 7. Build discipline stronger than your feelings. Feelings change daily. Discipline stays. The gym when you're tired. The work when you're unmotivated. The commitment when nobody is watching. Success belongs to the man who acts despite how he feels. 8. Replace destructive habits with productive ones. You can't simply remove bad habits. You must replace them. Replace: Complaining with action. Scrolling with learning. Excuses with accountability. Laziness with movement. Nature hates a vacuum. Fill it with something better. 9. Surround yourself with men who challenge you. Weak environments create weak men. Strong environments create strong men.
