Honestly people judge unc for his technique and rep quality, but in reality his mindset and mentality towards why he trains like this and how he feels about it is spot on, real talk yall hate too much

When you realize these people are firefighters and they are constantly put in situations were their mind tells them they are going to die and they have to push through that and just run into the pruning building or hold up the crumbling debris this training don't seem as crazy cus they just training they mind and body to be ready for that life or death moment.

Although their training method can easily be considered overkill. The no quit mentality they instill in you is very admirable. This kind of mindset can applied pretty much anywhere in life

As a fellow fireman myself I completely understand what he’s saying. Our job is life risking no matter the call. We push eachother to make sure it’s no self doubt. There’s no such thing as quitting when fighting fire. You have to push yourself pass fear and doubt. With the help of brothers in this career/lifestyle there’s no such thing as a limit. We’re going straight to the top and even trying to pass that point. I would love to work on the truck with unc !
