im not sure about the state u r in but I believe also it was illegal to fire him, if nothing else it should go under FMLA, definitely check it out

A friend of mine got fired from her job because she had to miss work because she had FRIGGEN CANCER!!! She worked at a hospital that knew she HAD to miss work for chemo.. Long story short she got over 500k when her case finally was over. So yes get a lawyer.

my mom's job fired her when she had a heart attack and was out of work idk how all that stuff works but this was also in 2007 so things are different now
