shes literally making it SO CLEAR she knows this isn't the end of the world, it's just the fact that its annoying that EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE SHOES aren't produced with the absolute highest quality in mind. like yeah it can totally be fixed and no it isn't a giant deal but if the brand is making shoes this expensive you'd certainly hope that the product itself doesn't have ANYTHING to complain about
