Fun fact: These are the remains of the 400 million year old Caledonian mountain range, which is also found in Norway, Greenland and USA (Appalachian mountains). Once these mountains were as high as the Himalayas are today, but millions of years of erosion has taken its toll 💚

My uncle and aunty McKenzie live there, waking up every morning to breathtaking nature right in their backyard. Highland cattle roaming the green hills, stunning waterfalls just around the corner, Scotland truly feels like another world.
