@tanupaslife: oh & I paid w HSA :) the past few years, being educated enough to talk w my doctors, I’ve felt not important with my doctors. I didn’t feel like my questions were heard, I just got an answer without any explanation & even when I tried to ask about specific thing, they were shut down or not taken seriously. I think modern medicine is really important for many things & I still go for bloodwork and all sorts of regular checkups, but I feel they lack when it comes to preventative medicine & especially with illnesses that affect our day to day life. Being prescribed Tylenol or pain killer or steroids is just a bandaid on a continuous wound. Ayurveda goes to the root cause & it’s what has healed me growing up & I’ve seen a genuine difference in the last 3 weeks. It’s something I rlly recommend doing & HSA/FSA makes it a lot more affordable and manageable :) I went to Natural Medicine & Ayurveda in San Jose if you are interested.
