Can we talk about early termination. A 60 day notice is absolutely crazy, plus a 2 month fee is standard making it basically a 4 month lease break fee. I think a 30 day notice and one month of rent as a fee should be the max by law.

ok so why not treat the good tenants well by not increasing rent yearly as well as when they rarely make a maintenance request not making them wait until they call & complain about never being contacted to resolve when u have 48hrs to comply. Property Management treat great tenants horribly.

let's be real in this day and age who can afford a 60 day notice. nobody will hold a rental and nobody can afford 2 homes. my last apartment tried to tell me they would charge me for 60 days AT THE END OF MY LEASE... no ma'am...

There should be a lease stipulation if neighbor is noisy and Mngt doesn’t give them a 3 or 5 day notice to quit …then Mngt should be forced to pay for your move ..because everyone deserves a quiet , peaceful apt .

The weirdest one I got was someone asking if they could go tan on the roof… where we kept the air conditioners for 168 units lol. The pool was closed, though, so obviously that’s next the best option haha
