When we sailed the Icon in Feb we thought the ship was half empty but nope 95% occupied. It’s just that big. Boarding Star of the Seas soon 🥰

One of the largest now they have two largest cruise ships in the world but one is not bigger than the other. They are the same size.

Hubby and I sailed icon in April and it never felt crowded. We never had to wait in line for anything and it was pretty full I believe 95-99% occupied.

Its hearing or reading a “number” . Some cruisers hear “over 5000” & jump right to the incorrect “crowded” argument.

Only thing that felt really crowded was the pool deck but that’s how every ship is

Icon class ships have a ratio to space for guest on AVERAGE of 43 to 47! And it’s considered at 39 you start to feel that theirs quite some people ! In comparaison msc average is 31! And let me tell you, you feel the difference
