BTW Clark didn't do shit for Eastside. He got famous for his unconventional teaching tactics. They didn't work. During his tenure, test scores barely increased and the dropout rate actually increased. After he failed at Eastside, he was appointed to run a juvenile detention facility, which he had to resign shortly after because he authorized excessive force on children, by beating them and putting them in straight jackets

Imagine the power public schools would have if they could actually do this. Instead they are basically and legally forced to keep students inside their doors, no matter what

Clark in real life tossed out the most vulnerable students and managed to still completely fail at achieving any kind of meaningful improvements in education outcomes. He is an idol to all the bullies evangalizing their cruelty as hope.

If schools got rid of the distractions and those who don’t want to be there , leaning would take place..

Yeah, I've time in school. You can't get rid of bad behavior. But that'd probably work.
