Kristina, you are my people, I would do this for my pup. I know this has been so scary and rough. Nothing like your baby being sick to get your mind off the breakup. He will be there to get you through this. I’m so happy he’s on the mend.

Having gone through a blockage surgery on my Golden, might I suggest feeding him a high quality wet cat food. It is easier to digest with their stomachs having been cut open. He probably won't have a lot of poops until he starts eating more regularly. I also suggest doing laser treatments on his abdomen as it will help with his suture line healing. My girl had a blockage from a rope toy and had 3 ft of her intestines removed. She bounced back but it took a few weeks for her to get back to her little happy self. I am so glad that Chester is doing so well and I am sure he will continue to get better more and more each day.
