4 playthroughs in and I didn't even know you could destroy the core. I thought it was reset or merge. I don't get how your V thinks it's cool to murder the guy that got you out of Arasoka tower. What do you do next, clip Vik too?

I chose merge, they are all parts of him and without him he is incomplete, and then you get his one true offspring.

I reset his core because I get the delamin cab and he actually talks to me in it which is cool

I'm starting to hate cyberpunk because I've done a couple of missions where I have needed 1 technical level more than I had so I loaded a save before the mission and levelled up before going back and then it's gone up by another 1 or more this mission is just one example

mine is that I don't do it anymore. I've played so many times that this quest and a few others, that I get annoyed

Destroying the core frees unstable rogue AIs that could cause harm, while merging results in an entirely new, potentially unstable AI with no purpose. Resetting the core destroys the unique personalities V has bonded with, but it's a safer choice than unleashing dangerous AIs on the city.
