My favourite person left me at the start of this year, and that almost killed me. My family and friends had to babysit me for weeks, because I didn't trust myself nor did they trust me not check out of this life. The worst experience of my life, and that is saying something, as my life hasn't been too wonderful as a whole. You described it perfectly with how you feel like you lose yourself; I tried to describe it to everyone and used this exact same way of wording it, from how your whole self changes to fit that person, and once they are gone, you feel like you have to build yourself entirely back from scratch. I hope never to experience that again, and I don't wish that on anyone else either 🙏🏼

yes it terrifying you are so afraid to loose that person all my actions reflects that. He makes distance I run after and over give over love Iknow I'm just too much . So Hard to change I try to change bc that would make my anxiety go away .

my fiance has bpd and this really touched me, i'm gonna have to show her this, this explains so much so well. and me as that favorite, it's very hard sometimes i feel like im drowning, but i love her with all my heart.
